Xalt Worship Team Planner helps church teams plan services, setlists and rotas. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep about you and why.
What we keep
- Your email address, and a password if you set one (stored scrambled, never readable).
- Your name, and a profile picture if you add one.
- Your instruments and vocal range, if you add them.
- What you add in your teams: availability, away dates, song keys and private notes.
- Your church's songs, services, setlists and roster, added by you or your team.
Why
Only to run Xalt for you and your church: signing you in, showing your roster, and helping leaders plan.
We don't sell your data, show adverts, or use tracking or advertising cookies.
Who can see it
- People in your churches see your name, picture and musical details.
- Every team in your church can see the church's song library, including charts and lyrics added to it.
- Your team leaders see your availability and away dates, and can export their team's songs and roster.
- Only you see your private notes.
- Other churches never see your church's information.
Services we use
- Supabase: stores the data and handles sign-in.
- Netlify: hosts the website.
- Brevo: sends sign-in and password emails.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”. We then receive your name and email address.
Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can change your details on your Profile, and delete your account there at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, keys, notes, availability and roster places for good.
